Onboarding is a welcoming process to your coliving space.

I separate it into digital onboarding and in-person onboarding.
Digital onboarding starts from the moment the people decide to book your space and when they start filling out the booking form (please see our booking system lesson).
<aside> ⛷️ Digital onboarding has to be easy and pleasant. We try to communicate many information to our guests, but we communicate it in small bites (short emails, then links, then group messages) so they don’t get overwhelmed with long texts. This is all part of a smooth digital onboarding.

When a guest completes the booking payment (please see our booking lesson) they receive a message (Thank you for booking. A month before your arrival, you will receive a welcome email with all practicalities).
This is how it looks like our Welcome email. You may copy this one and use the same in your coliving space. We send this email to our guests a month before their arrival.

Please join this WhatsApp group (Add LINK here) a few days before your arrival. We use WhatsApp to organize everything (dinners, excursions, programs...). However, if you have any quick questions, please join this group already and ask us anything.
And one last thing. Sende is all about cooking and working, so feel free to bring your favorite spice so we can cook together.
