*this is not a public link (only for the Training on coliving and coworking).
Here is our latest booking system.
We use Airtable, Notion, Stripe, and Gmail. All free versions, except for Gmail where we use GSuite (so we can have “[email protected]” instead of “[email protected]”)
In this tutorial, you will check our booking system and download it for your coliving space). As you may see, we use a manual booking system because we want to understand who is coming to our space, and why. I would recommend to all small and new coliving spaces to do the same.
If you prefer an automatic booking system, you may automatize this one with Zapier, or buy any other booking software.
Let’s start:
Our booking starts at the sende.co/book page. That page comes with the frequently asked questions (e.g. Is Sende pet friendly?)

On this booking page, we embed the Airtable form (see below) where we ask our future guests basic questions (when they want to come, and their preferences).
We use Airtable.com (like Excel) to create this form. You may adapt it to your needs, add photos, etc .
With a form, you control what kind of answers and bookings you want to receive. As you may see, we don’t give people the calendar (like the booking on Airbnb) and instead, we tell them that we have openings for a specific month, they can come a few days earlier or later, but they book for the whole month.
We want to bring people who will stay for a month (better for community building and less work).
Then we analyze the list, and we give priority to the ones who booked earlier than others.

As you can see, all of this is easily done in Airtable.com - however, you may use any other free or paid form platform.

Inside of the Airable document. The good thing about Airtable Is that can be connected with Zapier and other platforms.
